Who we are
Vantage Creatives is a web design studio based in Nigeria. We make websites for businesses in Africa and around the world. If you have a question about your data, email hello@vantagecreatives.org or message us on WhatsApp.
What we collect
This website has no forms and no accounts. When you tap a WhatsApp button, the chat happens on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
If you send us a brief, we keep what you send: your name, phone number, business details, voice notes, logo and photos. We use it only to make your previews and your website, and to talk to you about the project. We don't sell it or give it to anyone else.
If you pay us, the payment company you use keeps your payment details. We only see that the payment was made.
Cookies and similar tools
- Your currency choice. If you switch prices to naira, dollars or pounds, your browser remembers it on your own device. Nothing is sent to us.
- Fonts. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address when the page loads.
- Hosting. Our hosting company keeps normal server logs, such as IP address and time of visit, for security.
- Meta Pixel. We use a Meta cookie to see which Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to this site, and to show our ads again to people who visited. It only runs if you tap "Accept" on the cookie notice. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and you'll be asked again.
How long we keep it
We keep your project files while we work together, and for as long as you're on a care plan. Ask us and we'll delete them. We may keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you're in the UK or EU, these rights come from the GDPR. In Nigeria, they come from the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority: the ICO in the UK, your national authority in the EU, or the NDPC in Nigeria.
